2. What is the turnaround time for orders without delays such as payments, artwork approval,etc.?

  • 3-6 Business Days on order quantities 1-9

  • 1-2 Weeks on order quantities 10-99

  •  2-3 Weeks on order quantities 100 - 499

  • 4 Weeks on order 500+

 

3. Are rush jobs available on customized orders?

  • If you need your products before a specific date just let us know while requesting a quote, and we will let you know if it can be accommodated. *Additional Fees May Apply*

5. How do you ship?

  • Depending on the size of the order package(s) are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

6. My order has been approved and paid for, but I made a mistake. Can I adjust it or request a refund?

  • All orders require final approval and payment before processing. If you came across an issue with your order please let us know ASAP via phone or email. Any paid orders received after 3pm CST will be processed the next business day; which means you have to alert us prior to the next business day to adjust or cancel your order to receive a full refund. Any paid orders received before 3pm CST will be processed same day. If you do require a cancellation, you will be charged for any materials ordered and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. 

7. How do I make a payment?

  • Once you approve the quote given to you, an invoice will be emailed directly to the email you provided during the quote. There you are able to make your payment using any major credit/debit card.
